Shipping

  • Country Drawers ships within the US and Canada. Certain items are not eligible for shipping outside the US.
  • Country Drawers offers FREE shipping within the US for all orders.
  • Orders are shipped via USPS.
  • We choose the lowest cost available to us for FREE shipping.
  • For faster shipping, please choose Priority Shipping at checkout.
  • If chosing FREE Local Pickup, please specify your pickup date in the comments box. Pickup is available during regular store hours. Orders must be picked up within one week of ordering unless special arrangements have been made.

 

Shipping Policy

  • All in stock orders will ship within 2-5 business days. Once shipped, you should receive your order within 1-5 business days.
  • We highly recommend purchasing Shipping Insurance for your package(s). Once an order is shipped, it is no longer under our control. While we will do everything we can, we cannot be held responsible for your package(s) once they leave our posession. Shipping Insurance can be purchased at checkout.

 

Returns

New & Unused Items: Can be returned up to 30 days after the ship date for refund in the original form of payment. 

  • Items must be unopened and sealed in the original packaging. Bath and body products that do not have a sealed package cannot be returned.
  • New items must be in resalable condition: unused, unwashed, original condition with all tags and packaging intact. We cannot accept items that have pet hair or odor, smoke, dirt, lipstick, perfume, etc.
  • Receipt must be included with the return.
  • We reserve the right to accept or refuse returns after 30 days. Any items accepted after 30 days will be issued in the form of a store credit and may be charged a 20% restocking fee.
  • We do not refund shipping charges.
  • All sales of clearance and gently used items are final.
  • Returns on orders received with free shipping are subject to initial shipping charges.
  • Diaper Packages must be returned complete. If not returned complete, you will be charged full retail price for those items kept.
  • Any free gift or promotion that may have been received with your order must be returned in new/unused condition or we will deduct the full retail price for those items.

 

Used, Stain-Free Cloth Diapers: Can be returned up to 14 days after ship date for store credit minus a 30% restocking fee.

  • Applies only to Cloth Diapers, Diaper Covers, and Inserts
  • Does NOT apply to disposable and/or non-reusable products such as disposable inserts or flushable liners.
  • Please include a copy of your receipt.
  • Return package must be postmarked within 14 days of the date we shipped your package.
  • Any diapers with stains, odors or hair will be returned to sender and our return shipping fees will be billed.
  • We do not refund shipping charges.
  • Returns on diapers with free shipping are subject to initial shipping charges.

 

Trial Package Returns: Must be postmarked within 21 days from the day you received the package NOT the day we shipped it. Because we use delivery confirmation/tracking on all packages, we know when you received it. Any packages that are not postmarked within this time frame will be refused and returned to you.

  • Diaper Packages must be returned complete to receive the full refund.
  • Diapers must be washed, clean and free of any odors including detergent and/or smoke, residues including diaper creams, lint, pet hair, etc in order to be accepted. If the diapers are not within this standard, they will be refused and returned to you.

 

Refused Delivery: Refused packages are subject to a 20% restock fee plus the actual shipping charges incurred. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping.

 

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. You will receive an email once your return has been processed.

How do I make a request for a refund or exchange?

Send us an email with Returns in the subject line. Please include the order number, date of purchase, condition of item (new or used) and reason for return in your email.

 

What if my order arrives damaged?

If any part of your order arrives damaged, please contact us. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance when you place your order. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages once they leave our possession. However, we are happy to see what we can do to help.

 

My order has a manufacturer's defect (i.e. snap came off, seam came apart); what do I do?

If there is a manufacturer's defect, please contact us for any warranty and return information or contact the manufacturer directly.

 

How do I change or cancel my order?

If your order has already shipped, we are not able to change or cancel it. We ship all of our orders within 2-3 business days. We do always try our hardest to accommodate changes and cancellations, so please email us with Order Question and your order number in the subject line. Cancellations are processed within 3-5 business days.

 

Layaway

While cloth diapers will help you save money, we understand that the initial costs can be overwhelming. It can be hard spending a couple hundred on a stash of cloth diapers (that will last years) when you can buy a box of disposables for $20. In order to help families use cloth diapers, we've started the Country Drawers Layaway Plan for orders over $50.

To take advantage of our Layaway Plan, simply shop and proceed to checkout as usual. At checkout, enter the coupon code LAYAWAY in the box provided. This will automatically deduct 75% off your order.

Terms:

Our Layaway Plan allows you to spread the cost over 4 months with 25% due at the time of purchase. The next 3 payments will be billed monthly via PayPal or billed to your credit card.

All in stock items will be set aside after your initial payment. Custom, or pre-order items will be ordered after 50% has been paid. Drop ship items will be ordered after the full amount has been paid.

We ask that you send payment within 5 business days of receiving your monthly bill. If we have not received payment after 5 days, we will ask that you pay the full amount remaining on your layaway immediately or cancel your layaway for a cash refund minus a 20% restocking fee.

Cancelations:

If you would like to cancel your Layaway before your next payment due date, you will be refunded your total amount paid as store credit or you can receive a cash refund minus a 20% restocking fee. *Please note that is 20% of your entire layaway order.*

 

Please take into consideration the size your baby will need when your layaway is paid off.

The Layaway Plan cannot be used with any other coupon codes.

Price Match Guarantee

At Country Drawers, we strive to offer our customers the best selection of natural family products with excellent customer service and affordable prices. If you find a lower price at another US based retailer, we will do our best to match that price.

Please contact us with the following information:

  • The URL and web site where you found the product
  • Product name, color, and size you would like
  • Product price, including shipping and tax
  • Your contact information

Once we confirm the lower price, we will reply with more information on how to proceed.

Please note:

  • Item must be in-stock in a US based authorized retailer.
  • Item must be new, factory sealed and of the same brand, year, style, fabric and color.
  • Price match does not include clearance, closeouts, discontinued products or special event promotions (e.g. Grand Opening Sales).
  • Price must be available to the general public and verifiable by Country Drawers on the day of purchase.
  • Shipping fees and taxes will be considered.
  • The item price must not be a typographical error.
  • If the price is in violation of any Manufacturer agreements, we will be unable to provide a true price match
